annual events

These annual events are part of WMCG fundraising opportunities to support our community gardening projects.

Every May

Plant Sale

Our annual plant sale is held at the community garden every May. We offer all types of plant sales: flowers, veggie plants, house plants, and so much more. Some vendors including a food truck are at this event. Also, soil testing and educational demonstrations are provided.

Summer Months

Farmer's Market

As a community garden we share in the produce we grow. Most of the time we have extras and will sell produce on Saturday's at the garden. The Saturday's will vary based on our surplus supply. Please connect with a garden member or check our social media for availability updates.

Every August

Garden & Farm Tours

This event includes a Friday open house at the garden with educational demos, tours of the garden, soil testing, load of vendors, food trucks, a raffle and a silent auction.

The second part of this event is a two-day, self guided tour of garden and farms in the area. Tickets include a secret map of these locations. Go be inspired on different ways to grow on the mountain!
